Emily teaches students from beginner to advanced levels, and enjoys working with students to support their individual goals. Emily attended Indiana University for her bachelor’s degree as a student of Alexander Kerr, followed by New England Conservatory for her master’s degree as a student of Donald Weilerstein. In lessons, Emily draws on her experience as a professional performer to work with students on developing their musicianship, technique, sound, and also a general appreciation for music. 

In her spare time, Emily enjoys hiking, and going on camping trips with her husband.
